Vacation.... Finally!!

After many years of not getting to go on a vacation (at least nothing over 2 days) My brother, Jason, his wife Crystal, my gorgeous neice, Shelby, the most hansome boy I've every seen, my nephew Logan, my loving boyfriend Jessy and I are going to Zion, Ill to see my Dad and stepmom, Cheryll! I am actually excited about this. At first I was really nervous about missing work and about the cold winter in Ill., but I got over it. I've been trying to plan as best as I can for the trip. You never know what you will need!

So starting Saturday my life will be everything but boring! Candy is back in town from Italy on Saturday and I am so excited. It's been about a year since I've seen her last. She will be leaving to move to West Virginia on February 14 (Happy Valentines Day) and then we are leaving for ILL., on the 15th after work. So I will have to learn to balance a lot of things. But one thing I am is a multitasker!! (Wish me luck!!)

Sweet News..........

Just wanted to let everyone know (those of you who actually read this) my best friend Candy is pregnant!!! AHHHHH. I am so excited. They are over in Italy right now but are very soon coming home! They will be here for about a month but then they are moving to West Virginia. Closer than Italy so I will take it!! Everyone please keep your prayers open for her.

Back and Better ThanEver..... Of Course that's a Matter of Opinion!!

I am back and this seems to be my only means of letting the events of my frustrating yet adventurous life out. So I now work in an attorney's office. Yes, I actually snatched a career that I went to school for. I am a paralegal at a bankruptcy, divorce, personal injury and estate law firm. As if that's not hectic enough, we also run a retirement community and a ton of duplex's out of the office. You wouldn't believe the kind of people we have come in there and the situations we get put in. I basically get yelled at constantly on a daily basis. But I'm just happy that I have a good job...... it also helps that it pays really well.

This new year brings a new Jessica. For one, I'm tired of people's crap... Not taking it don't care who you are! Also there are relationships in my life I have let slip because I'm too busy doing everything else. Tired of that too!! This is a new year boys and as I said, I'm back and better than ever!! That is if you're not already on my bad side.

Just Reality...

Well Candy is back in the states. It's really hard to believe she was only gone for 2 months. It seems like forever. Of course before she came back I thought we was going to get to hang out a lot more than we have, but life gets in the way. I hope to have more one-on-one best friend time with her before she leaves. But I am glad for the time we did get to hang out. Well more later.

And yet another tale....

Ok so I went to work today 12-3! I know major shift huh?!! So I have been working my butt off because I have been getting little hours and there is so much work to get done. So I basically haven't been taking my breaks and usually do some work on my lunch. I have also taken up some cashier hours just so I will be able to be in the store and get some work from my department done. So I go in today and my manager comes up to me and tells me that she got sent and e-mail from district. It turns out that the way that my manager and lead told the Store manager how to do the schedule ended up being correct. So the store manager told them to do mine and my other co-workers schedule wrong and have basically been not been giving us all the hours we are allowed to have!!

Needless to say just another thing to add to my list of why I need another job!!!

Day to Day...

Ok, so I've graduated college and supposedly moving on with my life, but I feel like I'm just stuck in a rut. I have been trying to follow through with some leads but everything ends up a dead end. All I can do is keep trying and hope for the best.

O by the way, CANDY COMES HOME IN 9 DAYS!!!!!

Jumping for Joy...

I am so excited. My best friend Candy is coming back for a visit February 15th. She has been gone for about two months and it feels like years. We have a lot to do when she gets back! Taco Bell, Penn Station, Olive Garden, Pizza Hut, KFC and Chop Suey and of course Wal-mart. O for those who may have forgotten, she's in Italy and they do not have those over there. I can't wait, although my boyfriend Jessy may be upset, I don't think he will get to see me for the entire time she is back. That is until Candy and I have time to hang out with them! lol
